The brief
Tasked with the responsibility of designing the original iPad App.

The process
I developed several concepts in collaboration with the UX designer to determine the best user flow for our target audience, ensuring alignment with both the brand and business goals.

Close collaboration with the development team and conducting guerrilla tests throughout the build process allowed for rapid design implementation. This approach enabled continuous iteration based on real-time feedback, enhancing the app experience in time for launch.

The team
The challenge of creating Australia’s first real estate and property app led to the formation of a highly agile and effective team, including myself, a UX designer, mobile developers, a business analyst, product manager, product owner, and key stakeholders.

Daily team meetings and stand-ups ensured a steady flow of communication. New directives and blockers were quickly addressed, allowing us to deliver a high-quality product within a tight timeframe.

The outcome
To uphold the high standard of service associated with a leading brand like Domain, it was essential to create an app that stayed ahead of the competition in the fast-paced property and real estate market.

The Domain app was launched across multiple devices, quickly becoming an award-winning and revolutionary tool that empowered users to buy, rent, or sell with just a tap of a fingertip.
