The brief
I worked across multiple projects within MLC, including:
- Uplifting the Wealth Remediation site for Investors and Advisers
- Developing the Plum SuperMLC and Plum COVID-19 Microsite, which provided essential financial guidance during uncertain times

The process
A strong focus on accessibility was essential, ensuring all design aspects met rigorous standards before launch.
Collaboration played a key role—I participated in daily stand-ups and frequent walk-throughs with the development team to keep deliverables on track, resolve roadblocks, and maintain accountability.

Beyond designing individual features, I played a key role in advancing MLC’s global design system, collaborating closely with developers to build React components for a scalable front-end toolkit.

The outcome
The redesigned Investor Online portal offered users a simpler, more intuitive way to manage their investments—whether viewing accounts, accessing reports, or trading stocks on the go. This enhanced experience empowered customers to engage with their finances more efficiently and confidently, without being tied to a desk.
