The brief
Design a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for a Blockchain Identity Management Platform, aimed at showcasing the concept to key stakeholders for future development.
I was responsible for designing a new trademark for the client, including the creation of the official app logo and comprehensive brand guidelines to support the identity.

The process
Held ongoing client meetings to gather and redefine requirements and specifications for the project.
I presented several logo concepts based on client guidelines, refining the chosen design until it met the desired look and feel.
Collaborating closely with the client, we established a user flow and created wireframes to outline the end-to-end mobile user experience. A working prototype was developed and shared with key international stakeholders to identify additional features and address any pain points.

The team
I collaborated closely with a mobile developer, who used my initial wireframes to build a prototype of the app.
Due to the sensitive nature of the project, the prototype played a crucial role in helping key stakeholders visualise the app’s functionality and gain their support.
Working with a single mobile developer allowed us to maintain momentum, quickly implement and refine new ideas, and meet the fast-paced turnaround times required by stakeholders.
